Mounting system used to install satellite dishes, digital TV antennas, CCTV and other similar equipment on a roof without having to drill holes or make permanent alterations to the roof surface.
Traditional roof mounts require drilling holes into the roof and installing bolts or screws to secure the mount, which can potentially cause damage to the roof and compromise its integrity. In contrast, non-piercing roof mounts are designed to attach to the roof using clamps or other non-invasive mechanisms that do not require drilling or penetrating the roof surface.
Non-piercing roof mounts are generally considered to be a safer and more reliable option for roof installations, as they do not damage the roof or compromise its waterproofing. However, it is important to ensure that the mount is properly installed and securely attached to the roof to prevent it from being dislodged by high winds or other weather conditions.
Features:
- Straight tube 1m x 2" with a 41" x 39" base.
- 4 strap system to stabilise the installation.
- Supplied in upright pre-assembled transportable design.
- Base has slots for easy location.
- Fixing kit supplied with nuts and bolts to assemble the NPR.
- All bolt fixings are secured with nylock nuts.
- To fit the bolts securely, use the 10-13mm ratchet spanner.
- Additional trays available that can be bolted onto the system (Call for details).
- Base requires 450mm paving blocks (not supplied).
- Centre heavy duty channel has two welded support straps and two bolted additional cross straps.
- Has four support arms for additional stability.
- All mounts and welded products are constructed to BS EN ISO 15614 for strong and secure joints.
- All products are galvanised finished to BS EN ISO 146.
