Chester Digital Supplies Ltd operates a **14-day returns policy** for purchases made through our online store.
Returns Policy
Returning an Item
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation where applicable.
You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery that you wish to return the item.
Once your return has been authorised, the goods should be returned to us within 14 calendar days.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund where the service has already begun or the product has been used:
Downloadable software.
IT support services.
Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
Any other services that have commenced with your agreement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us before returning it. In many cases we can resolve the issue quickly. Where a return is necessary, we will provide further instructions.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it has been issued.
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed, please first check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
Discounted and Sale Items
If your purchase was made using a promotional or discount voucher, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
Sale and clearance items are covered by the same statutory cancellation rights as full-price items when purchased online.
Special Order and Bespoke Items
Products that have been specially ordered, custom-made, configured to your specification, or sourced specifically at your request are **non-returnable and non-refundable**, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Special-order products not normally held in stock.
* Custom-built or configured equipment.
* Cut-to-length cables or bespoke assemblies.
* Made-to-order products.
* Any item personalised or manufactured specifically to your requirements.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

**Restocking Charges
In certain circumstances, where we agree to accept the return of a non-faulty item outside of your statutory cancellation rights, a restocking charge of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Any applicable charge will be confirmed before the return is authorised.
